Let us use our extensive experience in design and construction practices to help you plan and coordinate your next building project. We can advise on design, materials, style, site design, and more.

Consulting Fee: $50 per hour - estimate available upon request
We will review your plans against your municipalities' required minimum plan criteria, as well as for Florida Building Code Compliance, and notify you and/or your design professional if corrections need to be made prior to permit submissions. Catching errors and omissions prior to submittal reduces the time delays and hassle of having to resubmit for plans review comments.

Residential:
$100 for projects less than 5,000 square feet
$200 for projects greater than 5,000 square feet

Commercial:
$250 for projects less than 5,000 square feet
$350 for projects over 5,000 square feet

Coordinating Services with Affiliate Partner Businesses
Building in a designated Flood Zone or other Hazard Area has many unique challenges, starting with the design and paperwork. We will ensure that all required plans, forms, and documents are complete and accurate (to the best of our knowledge) to prevent delays in the review process.
Let us help you spend more time building and less time dealing with the building department applying for and responding to permit applications. Our Authorized Agent Service allows licensed contractors to hire us to handle all of your permitting needs. Simply add us as an Authorized Agent with the municipality, and we will take care of the rest! This service includes all of the services listed above for plans review, applications and consulting. Flood Zone surcharge of $100 still applies per project.
