MEET THE PERMIT GALS
Jenni
Jody
Jenni is a Florida native with 18 years of experience in building planning, design, permitting, and construction consulting. She is a 3rd generation building designer, with thousands of successfully completed projects in the Tampa Bay area.

When she's not being a designer or a Permit Gal, Jenni keeps busy with her 3 kids and a variety of pets. She enjoys movies, fishing, video games, rock music, classic cars and cooking for family & friends.
Jody is originally from Lake Tahoe and Northern California, but has been a Florida Resident for over a decade. She has a business background in restaurant ownership/management and ski/snowboard & golf retail ownership/management. Jody and her husband Todd started their general contracting business in 1999 in Tahoe City, CA. They specialize in restoration and remodeling projects.

When she's not being a Permit Gal, Jody spends most of her time at the beach or in the pool with her 5 dogs. She enjoys rescuing animals, fishing, golfing, gardening, or anything to do with sun & sand.
Donna is a Michigan native whose heart has always belonged in Florida. She has a background in business administration, bookkeeping, and working with special needs children. Donna is the lead permit technician at Permit Gals LLC and the primary contact for many of our clients. Her determination and skills are a key driving force in getting things done.

When she's not being a Permit Gal, Donna spends her time cruising on her motorcycle with her husband Phil, caring for her many children and grandchildren (and many more with no blood relation), and crafting exquisite meals, baked goods and candies.
